We engage in Mind Cultivation exercises to strengthen the power and ability of the mind. There are Energy Exercises for development of the energy bodies including light body activation and Mer Ka Ba development.  Everyone learns how to work with the powers of the subconscious mind and how to remove limiting and negative beliefs. They also learn how to communicate with their angels, light beings, advanced beings, ascended masters, and ancestors.

KARMA SHIFTING

The Karma Shift (a/k/a Conscious Shift) removes Bodies of Consciousness that hold Karmic lessons that one experiences as a result of the decisions one has made. Removing the Bodies of Consciousness (which are lower bodies of light) releases the karmic energy that is attracted to you to create the different experiences. The root belief that created the Karmic experience is removed with the Body of Consciousness as well. All other beliefs associated with the root belief cease to exist once the root belief and karmic lessons are removed.  The perfect example would be someone taking an eraser to a chalk board and erasing everything written on the board.  It is a clean start. It is a chance to start over.

Karma Shifting is used in conjunction with light work, DNA work, energy work, and whatever else the angelic group or light beings suggest. It can be used for physical issues as well as mental, emotional, or energetic. There really are no limits.
